Libby is the founder and the Chief Energy Officer of Inspired Energy, Canada's most innovative consulting firm in healthy workplace design. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Libby provided creative wellness programming with a variety of organizations including GE Canada, McDonald's Restaurants, Purolator, University of Toronto, Bereskin & Parr, Centurra Gold and Air Canada.
In fitness from its infancy, Libby offers a unique perspective along with being dedicated to the development of the profession. Libby is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board of the Science Department of Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also been an advisory member with program and curriculum development with programs at Humber College and George Brown.
Libby is a Reebok Master Trainer, fitness presenter, motivational speaker and boxer. Providing provides professional development training with an array of formats, Libby has presented extensively across Canada as well as in Europe, Australia, South America and the United States.
Libby is the Fitness Correspondent for CTV's Canada AM national morning show and is a sought-after fitness expert with articles and interviews in media including Prevention Magazine, Chatelaine, MORE Magazine, Global News, Breakfast Television and the Globe & Mail. Libby has also launched a series of e-books including Exercise on the Go, Skip yourself Skinny and Working Out for Working Women.
