Tom Seaver was known as a star power pitcher with the New York Mets. His career spanned over 20 years as a right-handed pitcher during which he managed an amazing 2.86 ERA. In 1967, Seaver was named National League Rookie of the Year, and in '69, he led the Mets to a World Series championship. He was an 11-time All-Star selection and was named the Cy Young Award winner on three different occasions ('69, '73, & '75). In 1992, Seaver was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
