In her role as Senior Process Improvement Analyst, Sheila has successfully facilitated teams in improving processes, reducing noncompliance, and increasing revenue. From 2024 to 2025, she taught approximately 400 employees in process improvement methodology. She has mentored staff and coached leaders in Lean Six Sigma principles, consistently integrating strategic leadership concepts into her facilitation and change management work.
