When you fail to PLAN to die, you leave an unreparable hole in your family.

Probate
Legacy
Asssets
No Conflicts
Attorney Stephanie Graham made her way through the City University of New York by working in a bank where she observed elderly women lose their wealth by appointing their grandsons as power of attorney. This experience sparked her interest in estate planning. After 6.5 yrs with the bank, Attorney Graham attended law school and passed the state bars of NJ and NY in the same weekend on the first try.
In 2003, Attorney Graham established her first probate estate in NY when a family friend traveled from NY to NC and died of a sickle cell episode in a NC hospital whose response was “she was going to die young anyway.” Attorney Graham established the probate estate, her first, and found the top medical malpractice firm in NC and together they fought and won a half-million-dollar settlement against the hospital.
Fast forward to losing her maternal grandmother just before Thanksgiving 2015 while employed with a company who advised she did not have enough time on the job to attend the funeral. After she attended the funeral and lost her job 10 months later, GRAHAM ESTATE PLANNING was born to help other families protect their Thanksgiving holiday with a PLAN, a blueprint, to avoid Probate, to create Legacy, to protect Assets and induce No Conflicts or family disputes that end Thanksgiving and other family holidays. Her mission is to educate families about planning and probate, to encourage families to have the conversation and put a plan in place not for you but for the family and assets you leave behind.
Attorney Graham has over 28 years experience practicing law including 5 years in business litigation, 17 years as a prosecutor and 5 years as Probate Court County Administrator where she managed and administered over $4M in probate assets before resigning to focus on her practice and hone her speaking skills to share the trauma inflicted on families when we do not plan to die. She has been licensed to practice law in NY and NJ since 1997 and GA since 2004.
GRAHAM ESTATE PLANNING was recognized by the Georgia Business Journal for Best Probate Firm in Georgia in 2022, 2023 and 2024; by expertise.com as Top 10 Probate Firms in Sandy Springs in 2022 and 2023, by https://legaldirectorate.com/ in 2023 as Top 10 Probate Firms in Roswell, Georgia and she is one of the newer faculty members for the National Business Institute presenting on Planning and Probate.
Attorney Graham is a member of the Top 100 National Black Lawyers, the National Speaker Association of Georgia, the National Bar Association, the Sandy Springs Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, Leadership Sandy Springs and ProVisors. Attorney Graham is a member and co-host of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyer’s Buckhead Neighborhood Networking Coffee and a board member of ProWin, a women’s networking organization by women for women.
Attorney Graham has a team of two with plans to add 5 more team members by January 1, 2026. Attorney Graham lives in Sandy Springs, GA with her 8 year old American Eskimo and her college student who helps with estate signings and office supplies in the summers. In her spare time, Attorney Graham is an avid reader who loves to travel, play racquetball, go bowling, attend basketball games, Broadway shows and take 4 mile walks. Attorney Graham is the oldest of three with a half-sister, a step-sister, stepmother, and a stepfather, a probate nightmare just waiting to happen. She is also a Thanksgiving baby who used to celebrate a birthday with her grandmother, her cousins, aunts and uncles until her Grandmother died and resentment built up. This trauma is what Attorney Graham wants to help you avoid.
