Break free from chronic pain, heal your gut issues, lose stubborn weight and balance your hormones. Reclaim your health and vitality so that you can live a life free from pain and frustration.

Dr. Rachel Shuck holds her doctorate in Integrative Healthcare and Clinical Nutrition. She has dedicated her career to not just treating, but educating individuals on reversing conditions like IBS, hormonal imbalances, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, chronic pain, and excess weight. With 20 years of experience as an educator, Dr. Shuck firmly believes that education is the key to improving health. Her doctoral research focused on addressing Metabolic Syndrome, a condition affecting over half of the American population, by using education to drive positive health outcomes. Through speaking events and one-on-one consultations, clients and audiences learn the tools and information that allows them to take back control of their health, reclaim their vitality and live a life free from pain and frustration.

Dr. Shuck’s journey into health advocacy began on a personal note—transitioning from a casual runner to a marathon enthusiast and a two-time Boston Qualifier—fueling her passion for nutrition’s role in enhancing physical capabilities and overall health. Throughout this journey she also served as a track coach, cross-country coach, and fitness instructor, further deepening her understanding of the link between physical activity, nutrition, and overall well-being. This transformative experience propelled her to share her insights through notable platforms such as the Weston A. Price Wise Traditions Conference, Mind Body Green, Run Run Live, OMRR, Personal Growth, Livestrong.com, and local news outlets.

As a mother of two, Dr. Shuck also understands the impact of health on the entire family. She believes in the transformative power of dietary choices to improve children's health, helping them overcome common issues like ADHD, childhood obesity, chronic constipation, and bed-wetting.

In her consultations and lectures, she gives proven insights and strategies for adopting a lifestyle that supports long-term health success, emphasizing that "Food is the fundamental, yet often overlooked, critical piece for healing, health, and happiness." Her message is clear: Food is Medicine.
