Bradley Griffin was our Landscape Expert presenter for our CAI Alabama Webinar on March 14, 2024 that was presented to all of our members on Detention and Retention Ponds. He was informative, yet engaging, while also answering all questions received on the Zoom Presentation, as well as the chat box too. We also recorded the presentation so that it could be offered to all that weren't able to make it to the live webinar.

Bradley has helped me for several years now, and advocates for me to get 1% better every day! He has helped me become a better Father, a Husband, and most importantly Spiritually as well as being a better manager each and every day. Excited about my growth in the coming years.

I really enjoyed the focus on how communication and connecting with others is truly the foundation of being a good leader. More than that, having the ability to connect, listen, and communicate is vital in so many aspects of life (parenting, relationships, friendships, etc.) Your speech was very impactful and captivating.

I have known Bradley Griffin for a number of years of mutual participation in various trade groups. He has taken his years of experience and put them together in an excellent "library" of knowledge that he uses in interesting presentations. With board meetings, I did not know how important it was understanding peoples communication styles . After a coaching debrief with Bradley, and taking my personnel assessment, at my next board meeting, I could read the room, getting us a seat back at the table.

When you hear Coach Bradley say "Hmm," you know that you are onto something. He has the wonderful ability to listen intently and help you to see the reality of the situation.
