Kathryn Preston

Kathryn Preston

DDS, MSAZ, US

I help audiences transform adversity into action by cultivating confidence and resilience in life and business.

Kathryn Preston is an energetic and relatable keynote speaker, author, entrepreneur, and doctor (plot twist!).

Kathryn's career as a healthcare provider was full of incredible highs -- helping thousands of patients and families, teaching at top universities, winning professional awards, and speaking internationally. Like many of us, she still suffered tremendous lows -- toxic workplaces, harassment, and burnout, all leading to her launching an innovative education company for healthcare professionals and speaking for audiences across a multitude of professions.

It was those lows that transformed her personal and professional goals towards helping others who have experienced challenges in maintaining...

  • Mindset
  • Resilience
  • Confidence

She now is the author of "52 Weeks of Gratitude: a Weekly Journal Celebrating Your Beautiful Life", which is a guided journal helping people adopt a gratitude mindset in their life.

Her noteworthy speaking topics include...

  • A "gratitude perspective" transforming obstacles into opportunities
  • A "confidence compass" and empowerment in our identity and purpose
  • A "resilience and adaptability mindset" for successful career and personal pivots

After audiences hear her speak, they will see that their power lies in their perspective, and their perspective paves the path for their limitless potential in life and business.

Kathryn's speaking style is "interactive, engaging, and animated".

She has been described as "polished and professional yet relatable", and "she gives audiences a unique perspective to consider in their own lives."

If you are looking for an engaging speaker that will share actionable strategies and impactful insights in an inspiring and positive experience, Kathryn is the keynote speaker for your event!

A few fun facts about Kathryn...

  • In elementary school, she constantly got in trouble for talking in class. Now, she's a paid speaker and LinkedIn Top Voice in Public Speaking!
  • She spent time in fashion school for shoe design, before heading to dental school to become an orthodontist specializing in treating kids with clefts and facial differences.
  • She remembers the first time she said a curse word...she was 8 years old on the playground when a boy pushed her into the mud. She hasn't let another boy push her into the mud since (wink!).
