Marcia Donziger has been an executive for 15+ years in the nonprofit social impact sector leading community and health organizations. Her passion is leading culture and engagement initiatives that ensure people are happy, healthy, and productive at work.

Today, she partners with mission-driven leaders to reduce unwanted turnover, stress, and burnout. Marcia is the creator of the Culture CARES™ Framework, developed to help modern organizations thrive.


In 2007, Marcia founded the national non-profit organization, MyLifeLine Cancer Foundation, with the vision of transforming the cancer experience through community and connection. She held various executive and board leadership roles for over a decade and successfully merged the organization into the global Cancer Support Community in 2018.


For her pioneering efforts to reduce isolation and build community for over 300,000 cancer patients and their families worldwide, Marcia has received the "John Hickenlooper Unsung Hero Award" and the Denver Channel's "Everyday Hero Award." In July 2023, Marcia received the Outstanding Healthcare Culture Strategist award at the Health 2.0 conference in Las Vegas.


Marcia holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and Business Management, is a certified Agile Coaching Professional, and frequently presents to national and international audiences about culture and engagement. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her twin boys.
