As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, church leader, paralegal, writer, and personal motivator, Deborah brings a variety of life experiences to share with you and your organization.

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, church leader, paralegal, writer, and personal motivator who enjoys writing poetry, journaling, acting, speaking, emceeing, songwriting, and singing, Deborah brings a variety of life experiences to share with you and your organization or at your event. Deborah has served as a Fashion Show Commentator and as an emcee for local festivals and various community events. She served as a radio reader for the blind with the WHRO Public Broadcast System of Virginia. She has acted in community plays and for Dominion Pictures. She has experience as a college radio DJ as "DJ Jazzy" for Gloucester County College now known as Rowan College of South Jersey, Gloucester Campus.


She has served as a paraprofessional in Norfolk Public Schools in Norfolk, VA, and as a community festival volunteer in the areas of entertainment, promotions, and talent showcase concert productions. She has also served as an invocation prayer and worship and praise leader for women’s events, funerals, church services, and cultural flag-raising events. Deborah loves to communicate and enjoys helping others to do the same. She serves as a virtual presenter and social media virtual assistant for small groups, businesses, and community organizations.


Deborah received her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Gloucester County College, Sewell, NJ. She has written for the NJ Paralegal Association. She is currently studying leadership at Victory In Christ Christian Center’s Bible Training Center, Westville, NJ. She studied acting at The Actor's Place, Evie Mansfield Modeling and Talent Agency, and modeling at Charm Associates, in Virginia. As a Kingdom-minded leader, she is a co-author of Creative Leadership: “Creative Leadership is Kingdom Leadership”, and seeks to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world one person at a time. Deborah is a lifelong learner and enjoys sharing her lessons learned with others.
