Amy Demas brings a unique combination of practice management experience, career business success, leadership and creative thinking to the challenges of maximizing effective communication for teams.

As the practice manager for her husband's specialty practice, Amy developed and implemented streamlined protocols to optimize the productivity of the office and designed training and follow-up guidelines for each administrative role.

In addition to her work within the dental field, Amy also brings the benefit of extensive outside business experience to the needs of companies. During a highly successful career at Bank of America, she was a Vice President within Global Fulfillment. She was one of the most prolific inventors ever to work there, ultimately being responsible for acquiring 55 US Patents for the company. Amy is also Six Sigma certified. She brings a wealth of leadership experience, creativity, and critical thinking skills to staff development challenges.

Amy attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. She is also active in Toastmasters and holds their highest certification of Distinguished Toastmaster. In her spare time, she and her husband, Dr. Don Demas, enjoy travel, time with their five grown children and their families, and attending professional education courses. Amy is also an avid Peloton cyclist.
