John Rotz is the lead trainer at HK Financial Services (HKFS). As a DiSC® and John
C. Maxwell certified coach, speaker and trainer, John has a wide range of experience
in leadership training and coaching leaders to reach their full potential. In addition, he
has developed the HKFS training for technology and soft skills classes, facilitated
training both live and online.
John is responsible for the development and implementation of live and online
training for our CPA affiliates and financial planning consultants. John has over 20
