Cindy has worked in information technology, compliance, and currently in human resources as a Senior Agile Coach. Cindy is recognized as a certified leadership coach, trainer and speaker on the John Maxwell Team. As a JMT Executive Director, she serves on the President's Advisory Council. She traveled with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation to facilitate transformational leadership workshops in Costa Rica. Further, she is a certified DISC personality assessment and behavioral analysis consultant. The most exciting thing about all of this for Cindy is helping other people reach their full potential through leadership training and personal growth.
Cindy has earned her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest personal public speaking distinction in Toastmasters International, and is working on her second DTM. She has served as Toastmasters club officer, division director, and was recognized as District 77 Toastmaster of the Year 2016-17.
