Hi, I'm Abby Lyall. I'm currently the Program Director at Big Idea Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital fund and accelerator focused on plant-based food and alternative protein investments. I run our NYC office and accelerator program, where I focus on identifying top companies for investment and helping founders grow and scale their businesses. Prior to joining the BIV team, I was a Senior Associate and Employee #2 at Quake Capital, an industry-agnostic VC fund, where I ran 5 accelerator programs and helped the team expand to four locations across the US. I also founded a company in the education technology space that I operated for two years and raised $30k in non-dilutive funding for during my time at university. I hold a degree in Finance and Data Science from NYU's Stern School of Business.
