She served her largest and most diverse team of three hundred people sitting across twenty countries on five continents as Vice President of Product Development at a Global Fortune 250 company. During this time, she and her team tripled the revenue driven by the product suite they built and serviced; became one of the most productive and efficient of any team in the firm (even those entirely contained in a single office); and increased engagement by twenty-five percentage points...and earning a couple innovation and engineering team of the year awards!
Michelle has traveled throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and she lived in the UK for five years. Today she calls the most diverse city in America - Houston - home.
