Alan Adams

Amazon Expert, Pilot, CSP

WA, US
A thought leader and expert on processes and inspiring innovation, Alan demonstrates how to increase sales and grow your business by marking a path to goals that you or your company want to reach.

Alan Adams is proud of his background as a janitor, babysitter, and a farm hand. These jobs taught him the scrappy skills to succeed as an entrepreneur. The fourth of ten children (yes ten), his mother inspired... or rather commanded him to learn to earn and reach his goals with his own efforts.

As the founder and CEO of Navazon Consulting, Alan has made it a mission to enable companies to bridge the digital divide between the Amazon marketplace and sellers. His years of Amazon experience included working with nearly 800 vendors, leading negotiations with 1,000s of sellers, and building training for Amazon employees. Few know Amazon's systems and processes as well as Alan.

A graduate of Harvard with a master's degree from the University of Iowa, he was also honored as a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Young American. Even after winning awards as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and leadership student of George Washington University, he remains just as proud of his bartender certificate and Iowa hog-calling trophy.

With this vast and varied experience, including clean-up efforts after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Alan has gained insights and understanding into what it takes to achieve success personally and professionally. With that understanding, he now wants to share those insights with those that may be struggling to accomplish their goals.

Alan finds great satisfaction in helping others navigate the path to prosperity, whether on Amazon, internal business operations, or even their personal ambitions.

His speaking engagements have taken him around the globe, from across the United States to London, Germany, and beyond. His various presentations have covered topics from the importance of science in education and military operations to effective business processes and Amazon techniques. These presentations and perceptions have contributed to Fortune 100 strategy sessions around the world.

When he isn't helping others achieve excellence, he loves spending time with his wife and their 1-year-old daughter.
