Lavinia Marshall is an entrepreneur, empowerment speaker, mentor and certified professional corporate trainer.
Whether on stage or facilitating a workshop, Lavinia has helped and inspired thousands of people grow forward in their careers, businesses, and relationships. Lavinia has spoken at universities, churches, non-profits and many conferences. She has spoken to international audiences, been a guest on international podcasts, as well as Atlanta area TV and radio shows. She is a member of the Women Speakers Association and National Speakers Association Georgia.

In the corporate world, she captured the attention of senior executives by advancing more quickly than any other junior executive as she moved up the ranks in her retail management and buying career. As a trailblazer and entrepreneur, she broke color barriers as the owner of the first multi-ethnic salon in the local area.
As a sought-after corporate trainer, she has traveled the United States training learners with companies such as Sprint, Earthlink, Fairway Outdoors, ServiceMaster, PMG Research, and various physicians and real estate offices to name a few.
With over 4,000 hours of philanthropic work and community service, Lavinia received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the Office of President Barack Obama.
Lavinia lives in the Metro Atlanta area with her husband David Marshall, a former NFL player, and her children. She is also the founder of Totally You 2 Next Gen, where they concentrate on serving the next generation of female leaders.
