Empower Women and Young people from an Emerging Millennial Female Entrepreneur, Hillary Clinton Surrogate and Hard-working Mom. Founder of Bungee Girl, Survivor of Domestic Violence and CPA.

Thanks so much for viewing my profile! In short, I am a 28 year-old, passionate and hard-working mother of two. As a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management, I have had a successful 7 year career in public and internal audit, specializing in Global Markets and Investment Management. I am a New York City native, half Puerto-Rican and half African-American, with a serious passion for exploring different cultures. My powerful background story of overcoming teen pregnancy, domestic violence and poverty all while pushing through to graduate college early with Magna Cum Laude honors and very little family support even got the attention of Hillary Clinton. In 2016, I was a surrogate for her presidential campaign and the youngest delegate representing NY at the Democratic convention.

I recently launched a social travel app for women called "Bungee Girl". I was inspired to do this after my first solo trip aboard. I learned first hand the challenges women have with traveling alone (even for those who prefer to travel solo). Bungee Girl is a female-only travel app that connects like-minded wanderlusters who have an equal interest in visiting each other's city for a future solo trip. This mutually beneficial connection can be very useful as users may end up finding someone to: stay with, hang out with, provide critical insider tips that a woman venturing off solo would want to know, which can create safer and more enriched trips. Bungee Girl's mission is to empower and encourage women to travel more often, especially solo, as we believe that creates a greater depth of experience and allows for a deeper personal development.

I am very interested in speaking opportunities regarding: empowering women, women's issues including pro-choice discussions, women in tech, women in business, financial services, minority rights issues, and the like.
