Mr. Anthony Philip Fernandez illustrious career initially evolved through meeting various challenges, while serving as the business development director of a major Communications and IT company in Malaysia and providing solutions to meet the needs and demands of local and international organisations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Texas Instruments, Robert Bosch, PETRONAS, ESSO, Hewlett Packard, Berjaya Group, to name a few.
An engaging character with charismatic personality, fabulous communication skill, superb planning skills, comprehensive management and technical knowledge; many consider him a foremost training consultant in the Asia Pacific region.
Today, Mr. Fernandez is an accomplished train-the-trainer for technical and non-technical courses He has trained in countries like US, Spain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar and Malaysia, gaining himself a distinct experience and insight of different cultures and behavioural backgrounds. The largest local project he was involved in was a 19 session team building programme for more than 1,000 participants from MLNG (Petronas) group of companies in Bintulu/Miri.
Mr. Fernandez trains a number of courses in management and soft-skills. He also does key notes on motivation such as 'Wake-Up to Dazzle'/'Being Proactive and Action Oriented' (creating personal and corporate strategies.) Mr. Fernandez currently serves as the President-elect of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) He has, on a number of occasions, prepared speakers and showcase presenters to speak professionally on stage, in front of an international audience.
