With the publishing of my two books, Be Your Own Superhero (2018) and Live in Wellness Now (2013), I am recognized as an expert in the growing field of an integrative approach to proactive wellness. By combining healthy living, spirituality, and neuroscience principles, I help you understand how to be proactive in your health care versus reactionary in your sick care. My greatest wish is to never hear a person say, "I should be taking better care of myself." This is YOUR time – long overdue, don't you think?

As a member of the National Speaker's Association, I hold two master's degrees, one in business and one in teaching, and am a certified member of the International Coach Federation, International Association for Health Coaches, and American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN) as well as a consultant to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and an Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Greater Illinois Chapter. I was a regular guest-lecturer at Canyon Ranch – Tucson, AZ for over 6 years and contributor to ModernDayMS blog.
