Verified @efminc.comPhil provided a keynote speech for an executive-level event that my company produced, and he blew it out of the water. Not only was his talk relevant and thought-provoking; he tailored both his message and his delivery to the audience based on questions he asked during his planning phase for the event. Having a speaker that asked such questions along the way assured me (as an event producer) that he wasn't planning on presenting a canned speech that he could perform at just any "event". He genuinely cared about presenting content that was important to the people that he planned on speaking to, and it definitely showed.

Verified @lug-nut.comPhil has been a great draw as keynote speaker for the OpenWest Conference, and Utah Open Source Convention. Our conference crosses a large range of business and technical attendees, and he was able to provide an engaging, and relevant discussion for all. The technical value was deep enough for the developers, just approachable enough for business people. You could tell he already knew the audience well enough to tailor the message right, using a background that had plenty more material. The audience was left with some great ideas, and a desire to look for more.
