OK, USI am the originator and author of MIFT: Magnetic Induction Field Theory. I design MIFT based healthcare models and produce related educational videos. I am a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist speaking to progressive healthcare organizations about patient acuity modeling, hospital unit staffing, professional nursing development, and evidence based practice using the scientific basis of MIFT.
My experience in nursing spans 20 years, including patient care management, quality monitoring, research and development, education, and employee management in hospital and home care settings. To broaden my formal education and experience, I have studied graduate level physics and parapsychic science, which formed a very important combination of systematic research with existentialism. Through that I developed the Magnetic Induction Field Theory: A theory of everything for every facet of science. I am currently using my theory to demonstrate the underlying mechanisms of the poorly understood field of neurophysiology. My goal is the same as it was when I first entered nursing school: To help people help themselves. I work under contract for progressive healthcare organizations wanting me to help the organization help itself.
