Early in his career, he began to realize that many optometry students and young optometrists, who wanted to own a private practice, were reluctant to take those first steps toward entrepreneurship. Since then, he has committed his consulting practice to encourage these "reluctant entrepreneurs" to realize their potential and to take the plunge.
