Movie producer fighting government take-over of health care

Logan is currently producing a movie to fend off a government take-over of healthcare. Sick and Sicker counters Michael Moore's movie Sicko and shows that our current problems will only be made worse if the government becomes our doctor. Sick and Sicker reveals what caused health care costs to skyrocket. It exposes the reality of single payer medicine in Canada and it reveals free-market solutions to decisively drive down costs in America. Clements provides a presentation, shows 30 minutes of footage from his movie and takes questions from the audience.

Attempting to seize the home of a Supreme Court Justice was Logan's claim to fame in 2005 resulting in eight national TV interviews and over 70 talk radio interviews. The "Lost Liberty Hotel" project was a rebellion led by Logan against the Supreme Court ruling in "Kelo vs. City of New London" which expanded the government's power of eminent domain and wiped-out the property rights of all Americans. Logan's response was to apply this ruling to one of the five Supreme Court justices that voted for it by attempting to take his home using eminent domain and build the "Lost Liberty Hotel" and the "Just Deserts Cafe" in it's place. This project called attention to the national epidemic of eminent domain abuse and helped stimulate state laws to curb the practice.
