When I was born and named by my parents, I don't think they realized what they were setting me up for ... the name "Nkolika" means "Discussion/ recollection is better" or "it is better to tell the story". Bam! Here I am- a "Talker" , "Storyteller", "Speaker", etc. I go by "Nkoli  and nicknamed "Kolia"  or "Nk" for short, and  I have been discussing, storytelling, speaking, teaching, mentoring and training for decades. While I knew I was born for all that, I never truly believed in myself due to abuse, low self esteem, lack of focus and pain from a troubled childhood. By the sheer grace and mercy of God, at age 19 my life started to change. By age 21, I finally started living a purposeful life and for the first time ever, I wrote down my dream and vision, and that's how I clawed out of the dark pit, and went from being a victim to a victor, from a life of unforgiveness and pain to one full of freedom and love, from failling exams to never failing an exam in my life to date, and so many other victories. At age 23, I came to the United States very poor and alone, with ONLY $10 and no immediate family member. I worked hard, served harder, grew hardest. My husband and I owned and ran two pizza franchise stores for 2.5 years, and failed forward. We went from the valley back to the mountain, and now I own and run a successful small business and we a truly blessed with four amazing children.

With proven success in using my personal stories to change people's mindsets, build and restore self-esteem, teach biblical and practical principles for growth, leadership and financial knowledge, my audience have experienced remarkable positive changes and an awakening/re-awakening of their dreams and visions with a determination to succeed and thrive.

I have been working with and serving today's Millenials and Gen Z's over the last three decades (30years) and have a strong understanding and connection to their way of thinking and needs, which enables me to communicate exceptioanally well with them, by adding value, impacting, and influencing them to believe, dream and pursue that practical dream with no limitations.

I also have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, from working in the credit card and retail banking industry for over a decade, and in real estate as a real estate broker. I have continued my passion for learning, growing, training and leading, by also obtaining both insurance and mortgage loan origination licenses, to ensure that anyone I come in contact with is financially educated every time they work with or speak to me.

Finally, my inherent gifting in the areas of speaking, teaching, leading, giving, discerning,  problem solving, faith, words of knowledge and wisdom have all greatly contributed to my ability to connect with and build strong relationships and trust with people I meet regardless of religion, sexual origin, nationality, etc , even when we've only met for the first time.
