Eyum started her people development career over 20 years ago, training individuals and corporations in Computer literacy and applications before moving on to personal and leadership development. Her clients consider her a very understanding person, an excellent communicator, and someone who is very easy to talk to. Eyum is a sought-after speaker who has spoken at different events and conferences across the world, including the International Maxwell Conference.

Eyum, having lived, studied, and worked in three different nations, leading diverse teams, understands diversity and cultural differences. Her broad educational background in Computer Science, Applied Accounting, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship makes her very knowledgeable and adaptable. Eyum sees advantage in every adversity and opportunity in every problem, and she helps others to do the same. She is a published Author of three books – “He Gave Me Comfort,’ ‘Through The Storm,’ and ‘Mama Grace.’

Eyum was trained by Dr John C Maxwell and the Maxwell Leadership Team, and she is a Certified Coach, Speaker, & Trainer.
