I am an entrepreneur and strategist.
I've built and sold companies, (from self-funded to strategic investors to venture-backed) and held a senior leadership role in 2 multi-national turnarounds, but my real passion is strategy... specifically, value strategy (ie: ensuring that your strategy and execution are on path to maximize value & accelerate execution).

My strategy practice is split between one-on-one support for a handful of transformative leaders and helping startups hone their vision, strategy and story so they can attract the talent & resources they need to succeed.

I have a personal bias toward first principles thinking and building stakeholder alignment around the disruptive forces shaping the value creation opportunity. While I work in multiple sectors, digital health innovation dominates... key topics include digital marketplaces, decentralized data models, and decentralized business models.

through a fresh and captivating story, the audience comes to see innovation in an entirely new light.  By itself, this is 20 minutes of entertainment and inspiration... when paired with a short working session (virtual or in breakout rooms) the audience gains a simple, practical technique for helping their teams think outside the box.
