Jamie Douraghy is a Los Angeles based executive coach and team facilitator. His career draws from over 25+ years as an entrepreneur and competitive athlete. Jamie has facilitated and coached around the world for EO forums, Vistage groups, YPO companies and their leadership teams.

As an entrepreneur and co-founder of several companies including a staffing firm, a graphic novel studio, and a digital agency, he founded Life Work Integration, to create clarity for leaders by discovering the Why, How and What that drives us to succeed in life. He is a certified Why, CliftonStrengths and C-IQ Coach.

An EO Los Angeles member leader since 2004 he has served in many roles, from Chapter President, Area Director, Regional Director and most recently as the Global Leadership Committee Chair. He was EO's volunteer of the year in 2015.

With a passion for fencing, he is a three-time USA Veteran National Fencing Champion and a seven-time participant at the Veteran World Championships where he won a bronze medal in 2019. He received a BA in French and a Masters in International Relations from Syracuse University. He is also a TEDx speaker, an author, a graduate of Leadership LA and EO's Global Leadership Academy.
