Tom and his wife Deb live in Colorado Springs and will celebrate 44 years of marriage. They share strong Biblical and family values. Their passion is their family with three married children that have blessed them with 12 grandchildren. Tom spent over 30 years in leadership in Church Ministry and then 10 years in sales. For many years of his life, Tom struggled with an addiction and now wishes to help other men bring that struggle to light and experience the freedom he has found. Tom is a man of faith and has come to realize through his mentor, John C. Maxwell that all good leadership principles are found in the Bible and are called Servant Leadership. Tom is a servant-leader whose desire is to equip leaders to create a culture where they engage with their team who in turn engage more with the customer and their work. Tom's passion is to add value to people and see lives transformed. "I serve the world by adding value to one person at a time."
