Clare Kumar inspires and guides busy professionals to sustainable performance and successful work-life integration. Her focus now is supporting organizations on the redesign of work, customizing the work experience, and successfully leading remote teams.

Clare's fifteen-year corporate career includes leadership roles spanning marketing, business development, finance, internal communication and culture change, sales support, and product development. She has served in start-ups to leading multi-national companies both in Canada and abroad, working flexibly in several cultures with everyone from front-line staff to the C-suite. Since starting her own company, Streamlife®, Clare has become one of Canada's most renowned organizing and productivity thought leaders offering insights, inspiration, and support to leaders, employees, and, entrepreneurs.
