What Leader Is In You?

All organizations are looking for quality of leadership. Ozzie walks the audience through a play-based exercise that allows individuals to come away with a clear understanding of the type of leader they are and how they fit into the team of individuals with whom they are tasked to lead or collaborate with.

The goal of the session is to experience what adults can learn from a children's' perspective of leadership.
