Vicki Delaney
Victoria Delaney is a living example of meeting the statement "I shall overcome". She is a Mechanical Engineer, author, consultant and has been hearing impaired since she was 4 years old. Vicki sees humor in life and enjoys laughing and lightening up groups.
She is a business owner, mentors international small business owners via Skype, and holds workshops to help professionals find their Right LivelihoodTM. Her passion is to see people living a life of satisfaction, enjoyment and prosperity by choosing the right personal and business relationships.
At the age of 4 she had German Measles and her hearing was reduced around 40%. As a result, she has taken the liberty to make up her life as she thinks it should be. She couldn't hear or comprehend everything so she made it up.
Vicki chose to take the road less traveled in her life. She started out in Architecture at the University of Arizona and failed art. (Go figure, who thought art was important to Architecture?) She worked as a designer before deciding to become a Mechanical Engineer at the ripe old age of 39 ½. The experience of being in a career where only 10% are women and the fact that she couldn't completely comprehend what was being said resulted in her belief that "nothing means anything unless she said it did" and proved that she could "Overcome Anything".
Vicki's topics are based on insight, humor, and her studies. She published a book on Divorce titled, "Shall I Go or Shall I Stay", which uses the information from Keirsey and life experiences to develop a process to determine whether to Go or Stay. This process works for any situation that requires a decision to go or stay.
Let Vicki share her unique insights into life which will make you laugh and feel good about life.

In 350 BC Plato noticed there were 4 different personality types based on how a person perceives what is going on and how the react. I like to think of the personalities as those that need fact to make a decision and those who are intuitive. Add a penchant for rules vs...
There is Always a Way to Success
Successful companies never give up and invest in the talent and knowledge needed to meet the established objectives. I have seen things that truly made me wonder if the management was smoking funny cigarettes. There was no focus, Fire drills were held daily, and the same problems always surfaced just with a different name...
