Teresa and her husband co-founded Chrysalis Connections, LLC, a growing relational counseling and consultation center, in 2008. As the center's clinical director, Teresa provides a variety of services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, premarital and remarriage preparation, marital mediation, spiritual direction, and pastoral ministry.
Teresa earned her Doctor of Education degree from the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University in 2020, graduating with high distinction. Her doctoral study on the targeted parents' lived experience continues to be an area of great interest and focus in her practice and a frequent topic of interest for educational presentations.
Teresa earned her undergraduate degree in addiction counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and her master of Arts degree in marriage and family therapy from Christian Theological Seminary, graduating summa cum laude from both IWU and CTS.
As an active member of Toastmasters International, Teresa frequently shares her passion for relational, emotional, and spiritual wholeness with local audiences. She has proven herself to be a consummate speaker and leader, having earned her Distinguished Toastmasters award (DTM) in 2016.

Teresa is an avid writer and is currently working on her first book, Extraordinary Marriage. She is also working on a memoir. Both are scheduled for release early next year.
Teresa and her husband, Paul, live just west of Indianapolis in the community of Plainfield, IN, where she maintains her private practice. She and Paul share eight children and nine grandchildren and enjoy touring the country in Paul's 68 Corvette.
