Dr Cheryl Doig is the director of Think Beyond Ltd, a company focused on growing leadership for the future. Cheryl follows leadership trends and research and translates these into practice, working internationally and virtually. She combines experience as a successful principal, businesswoman and board director with the use of research and a healthy dose of realism to facilitate leadership needs.

Cheryl has more than 10 years board experience, including two years as Chair. Her board appointments encompass NZIM Southern, NZIM Inc and CORE Education. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
