MBA, CPA, CMC

"I am nothing without my clan and my clan is nothing without me!"

Elisabeth Heller ("the Clan-Chiefess") is entrepreneurial speaker, passionate coach, inspiring motivator and convincing keynote speaker. She has been studying the principles and advantages of clans - including her own - for many years before writing her book "Clan Value. Making your business a family and your family a business" published in 2006.

Since then she is proactively and successfully inspiring her audience to count on their clan and on real values instead of relying on the long passé shareholder value.

Elisabeth is a mother to two children and entrepreneur in tax and business consulting for 25 years which gives solid soil to her innovative vision of doing business and leading business and she knows: The clan pays off! If you manage to weld together staff, customers, suppliers, friends and relatives by joint values and visions you are guaranteed sustainability and success as well as a safety net in difficult times.

One of Elisabeth's inspirations is the contact with different cultures and their values. Operating an office in the multicultural melting pot Dubai, where she and her team support international companies establishing their business in the Middle East, she collects experiences in intercultural behaviour and communication. She shares these experiences - which range from funny to embarrassing - in her workshop "The Prudent Bull in the China Shop", recently performed at the Global Speakers Summit in Cape Town.

Main Topics:

  • Clan Value - Making your business a family and your family a business
  • The Prudent Bull in the China Shop - Demonstrating Cultural Sensitivity
  • Business in the Middle East - Chances, Risks, Do's and Don'ts
