If you want an engaging speaker with real experience who can inspire real action, then Marty is the speaker you want. She doesn't just speak and write about change, she lives it. She walks the talk.

Marty Stanley, Certified Speaking Professional, is a visionary and catalyst for personal and organizational change. Not only has she reinvented herself many times, from minimum wage worker and beach photographer to a corporate executive to a national speaker, radio show host and consultant, but she's applied the same concepts to help organizations and their leaders transform to meet changing business and customer demands.

As a corporate executive in three dramatically different cultures, her job was to create, reinvent or realign human resource policies and practices so the organizations attained and maintained a competitive edge.

Based on these successes, for the past 18 years she is empowering leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools to do the same. Her articles have been featured in hundreds of national and international professional and trade publications.

Marty knows that the traditional style of leadership ("Type A"), that has permeated organizations for decades will not be effective in the future.
Marty's newest book From Type A to Type T: How to Be a Transformational Leader in a Bottom-Line World is a practical guide to help leaders transform and corporate cultures to adapt to the new normal of changing demographics, global competitiveness and customer and employee expectations .
